Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package was marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Wait 24–48 hours as some packages may show as delivered before arrival.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or certain restricted regions. If your area is not eligible for delivery, you will be notified at checkout or contacted by our team.
Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, we cannot make changes or issue cancellations.
